Ewa Chmielarczyk is also a specialist in public economic law, in particular in the field of establishment and operation of foreign companies’ branches in Poland, and in matters relating to business regulation. Ewa Chmielarczyk has authored many publications and studies relating to those issues. She is fluent in English and German, and has long-standing experience in legal and tax advisory services gained at an international law firm.

She specialises mainly in issues related to the implementation of investment processes, mostly the infrastructural ones, including those carried out under FIDIC contracts. Through her many years of work for entities obligated to apply public procurement laws, Ilona Mastalerz has gained substantial experience in that field of law.
In addition, Ilona Mastalerz specialises in issues of broadly defined civil and administrative law. As far as administrative matters are concerned, she is particularly interested in those issues which relate to public roads.
In the area of civil law, her experience in handling construction contracts translates into extensive litigation experience, with particular focus on construction processes, which enables her to provide comprehensive legal services in court proceedings.
